Living on Wheel

Living on Wheels constitutes the changing lifestyles in America and the need for affordable housing for the younger generation who can no longer afford the American dream, with the average house across the country running at nearly $400,000 and interest rates in the 6% range. Younger generations can no longer afford or qualify for loans.

Living on Wheels is the alternative, some people say well it’s just an RV. It is absolutely not an RV, so-called tiny home are insulated like a house with (R13 and R30 for insulation), so heating and cooling is affordable. This means you can go anywhere and stay even in Alaska and be warm without super high utility bills or the propane costs associated with RV living.

In today’s world people are looking to downsize, not only in space but utility bills, whereby living small is easier and less stress on people. Hard earned money goes further, with the average cost of a 200 square foot tiny homes is around $30,000 t0 $35,000 making it affordable for most.

The types of people looking to downsize yet live comfortably are:

Older single people
Veterans
Young Generation
Single parents
Low-income small families

Other uses include the following:

Mining companies
Rural Landowners
RV Parks
Governments
Developers

These are but a few reasons why a tiny home business is so lucrative for rural areas. They can be used for short-term living as well as great short term uses such as mining communities. They are comfortable, yet still can be moved. We are presently looking for partners to start this venture in Pahrump supplying Nye County and other states with affordable units.
